Standard Timeslots
Quoted rates for day charters between 9am and 5pm or evening charter between 6pm and 10pm. All other times subject to approval and rate variation

Travel Time
Travel time charged for pickups / dropoff past Drummoyne Ferry Wharf or past Rose Bay Ferry Wharf

Shoe Policy
Non-marketing soft soled flat shoes (no black/brown soles or heals), no shoes permitted on the bow of the boats, any damage from shoes will be deducted from bond.

Smoking Policy
Smoking only whilst stationary in designated area, otherwise $200 - $500 cleaning fee

Toilet Blockages
Minor Blockage $200, Major Blockage (Tampons, Face Wipes etc $400)

Excess Cleaning Fee
Above normal spillages, vomiting, unremoved decorations, shoe marks etc $200

Vessel Damage
Any damage to vessel will be charged at rate to repair to previous undamaged condition

Behaviour / Conduct / Terminations
Antisocial behaviour, illegal activity, failure to follow instructions, high levels of intoxication or abuse of staff or guests may result in termination of charter or removal of those involved. In the case of early termination due to unsafe conditions (vessel, crew, guests) no refund will be payable. Bond Required. Standard $2,000 per charter/ $3,000 overnight charters.

Hold Pending Deposit Times
The boat will be held for a MAXIMUM of 48 hrs pending the receipt of a deposit. Failure to receive payment terminates the vessel hold

Deposits
50% of vessel hire fee to hold the time and date, balance required 14 days prior to departure

Bond/ Payments: $4000 (Overnight Charters additional bond required). Full payment  14 days before charter.

Booking Changes / Cancellations
Changes to charter terms subject to vessel approval, deposits non-refundable.

Bad Weather
All vessels are capable of operating in most weather conditions. Only in unsafe weather, a will a credit will be provided for another day

COVID Booking Policies
All charters are carried out under COVID safe procedures. A cancellation and full refund provided if the vessel can not do the charter due to restrictions

Vessel Breakdown / Acts of God
In the unlikely event of a delayed or cancelled charter, the operator may offer a substitute vessel or a replacement or a refund at it's option.

Limited Liability
The owner and or operator accepts liability for refunds due to it's failures up to a maximum of the value of the hire fee. In the event the operator provides a substitute vessel in the event of breakdown maximum liability is capped by the difference is cost of the vessel compared with the substitute vessel.

Wait Staff
Minimum 1 Wait staff per 12 guests required.

Quoted price includes 4hrs cruising time 6pm to 10pm and overnight berthing fees at Cockle Bay Wharf (subject to availability)

Guest Limits
Overnight prices are for maximum 6 people

No additional guests permitted
Standard overnight pricing is for berthed guests only, standard hourly rates apply while additional guests remain

Additional Options and charges
Overnight charters can be customised to meet the customers need and budget.
